When I order a service from you, how and when do I pay?
- After you place your order via the form, I will use the provided email address to inquire about any missing details, if necessary.
- You'll get your free demo based on which you can decide if you'll go through with the order.
- If yes, I will send an invoice via PayPal to your PayPal account.
- After your payment is processed, your order will be finalized asap.
What does "order confirmation" mean?
- When you conclude, that you want to hire me, you will receive an invoice via PayPal or email attachment, and a written order confirmation via email.
In what circumstances can I get my money back?
- Full refund in a case we both come to a conclusion, that your song isn't suitable for my services.
- You will get 50% refund if you decide to cancel AFTER receiving order confirmation from me, and have not yet received full version of your song.
- No refund in case you decide to cancel your order AFTER receiving an order confirmation AND first mixed/mastered full version of your song.
